Interesting offer/proposal for someone here.. I hate having to hide details from people however for obvious reasons i'm not going to give away much info on the project.

In order to speed things up on one of my projects, i've decided to partner up with someone.

The site needs to be 100% custom built. I can't design or code. However, i am making $20/week adsense from niche sites so that shows my work rate and determination

It's a social networking site, filling a big niche. I believe it will work particularly well here in Ireland.

Finance-wise, i can't offer much. Initially €500 and more over time. If necessary, and if i feel it's worth it, i'll sell my network of sites and should get at least €1500 for them.

I was going to pay for a design, get it coded etc.. and go it alone. However with little experience or skills, i feel i wouldn't be doing the site justice.

So basically i'm looking for a reliable partner. Someone with experience, skills and contacts. Someone i can bounce ideas off and someone who will tell me to cop on if i'm being unrealistic. This person also must have time on their hands and share my enthusiasm on the project

To clarify, i'm not paying someone to make the site or work on it.. we'll negotiate your share of the site's revenue.

So anyone who fits the bill and is genuinely interested, i'll pm more details.

i'm looking for someone with all round experience in the internet world, who is more 'weathered' than me.

Ideas aren't a problem, i'm full of them. The skills and contacts needed to pull it off, are a problem. Quite simply, i don't have them.

Basically i'm looking for a hardcore professional with some spare time on their hands. There will be no short term revenue so it's not a hit and run type of job where you help set the site up and leave it on autorun to spread virally..

And what would you bring to the deal?

what can i bring?

i can bring to the table an idea in a very big niche with plenty of potential.

I don't want to say it can challenge the current big guns out there in social networking, but imo, it's a surefire hit.

I think what the guys want to know is what kind of work you plan on doing as part of the deal? If you have, say, a designer and a developer working away on the project, what will you be doing? Sales and/or PR maybe? You couldn't really expect a partner(s) to implement your ingenius ideas while you sit back and supervise surely? Having an idea isn't really enough to warrant an equitable partnership and equal share of the profits. You'd be expected to work just as hard... and deliver.

and i will, i'm in this for the long run.

No i can't offer design or coding.. well i can pay to have it done

i'll back this financially with everything i can afford and like i said, am considering flogging my network of sites which should fetch over €1500.

Apart from the investments, i can handle the PR / communication side of things, basically everything apart from the technical side of things. But i don't want someone to design code the site then do a runner.. i need expertise and someone to bounce ideas off.

Do you have any proven experience in running a business, marketing, PR etc?

As The Menace said most of us are not short of ideas. What we need is a good business/marketing/sales person who can show results and will stick at it.

Just to let you know, that would cover about 2-3 days development work normally.
