Can anyone recommend a good illustrator/flash designer?
I'm looking for a custom drawing / sketch story line to be made
in to a flash movie.

Anyone know of an illustrator / flash designer who can do work like that?

You could try asking on the creativeireland forums - there are a lot of illustrators & flash designers there...
