 incorporating phpadsnew into an rss feed thinking of adapting our rss feeds to include a generic advert for our services at the bottom of each item has anyone done this? would really like to incorporate phpadsnew in it so i could rotate the ads and count stats....         |

| If your on Wordpress then you can use BetterFeeds to incorporate anything you want into the footer. Been messing with it myself recently to add a link to post comments. [edit] if you can do a wee bit of coding I'm pretty sure you can mod this plugin to rotate ads. Tracking would be a bit more difficult...

| So i've inserted phpadnews code into the feed... and its rotating the ads perfectly but when you click on them, it always brings up the same link... works perfectly when viewed in firefox or opera or google reader.... but in my rss reader (sharpreader) it defaults to one particular url although phpadsnew is counting the exposures correctly.... going to assume its a problem with my reader.. though i'd like to be sure |

| Manually check the feed - most likely to be your reader however if it works right in everything else. Do you mind me asking what's the feed? |
