An accounting couple insist that they saved 600 on a 1500 euro t.v. (compared to an offline store) a few years ago through Komplett.ie ??

My experience has been...Particularly with ebay, when buying large items like televisions, these sites are great to do the research but, buy from a shop you know or trust i.e not online, I have had some bad experiences with these online companies…

I know what you're saying John. It used to apply to everything.

However, if you want a bargain then ask someone who is mean, and the couple of accountants mentioned above are all of that. They still buy from that site.

I bought a Samsung 27" LCD (TV/Monitor) from Komplett for about €599 ex vat which was pretty nice, I'm sure you'll find some deals on there.

Weird, they're having a SUPER-TV days promotion or something.
