Does anyone know if there are upper age restrictions on 100% mortgages?

On Permanent Tsb's site there doesn't seem to be, though it is limited to first time buyers. There are other terms and conditions that it doesn't mention.

I am not sure but I think AIB do one as well. You can also try mortgage brokers, they will offer 100%.

I would imagine they would be iffy if the term of the mortgage brought you to retirement age? Ever try paying a mortgage out of a pension?
