| I have few question: -How do we know that a website is SEO friendly or not and how to verify? -Is there any benefit to SEO by making frequently updating your website every day automaticaly? I expect few points and inputs from all of you.

| SEO friendly means making the site easy for the se's to crawl and index, so from the homepage you're able to reach all pages of the site. Also no query strings if the site is db driven, use mod rewrite. And relevant keywords in the title and body text. Look at your pages like a bot would, if you're using firefox disable css and javascript which will give you an idea. This all makes it SEO friendly, doesn't mean it's going to rank :-)

| For me it would be down mostly to the internal link architecture, if the nav-bar pages are accessible/ indexable that's SE friendly, if they use relevant KWs in the link text and file names that's SEO friendly.... Frequent updates may get the page indexed more frequently but will have little ranking benefit, IMO. |

| A website that has plenty of text will probably be more "friendly" than one that relies heavily on images.

| tools like this give you bugger all *useful* information. No tool is a substitute for knowledge and experience.. the writers of these tools are usually not the seo-kings that they should be, and the info is way too generic to be useful. They neglect to mention so many on-page factors it's baaad, in my humble ...
