It wouldn't be web sector - your site's quite general ie. classifieds

If you have the budget I can put you in contact with someone who is very good, but they aren't some 19 year old student

If you go to a PR agency it can be several thousand euro per month

With a freelancer it would depend on volume, but you'd be looking at a few hundred per article probably
