Default Marketing a teenage site

Hi,
I started a blog about 3 students lives during the leaving cert,
I have google ads which isn't bringing in much $
leaving-cert.net - A tale of three students
The sites is more for fun than anything, but if money can be made in a way that is not irritating to the visitor, why not?
Any ideas how I could rake in the dough?

Provide good content and then you can worry about monetising it. If you're just trying to make a quick buck you're about 15 years too late

Yeah sure it's not about money. I want to make as interesting as possible but that's a work in progress. I just wondered if there was a way I could cover hosting costs from the site itself. But it's not important to me. Thanks for the reply blacknight.

Try using Bebo to promote your site. That's where the majority of Irish teens hang out these days, I think. Adsense should at least cover your hosting costs if you provide good content and get the traffic in.
