Also I'll assume you'll have to give a credit card to facebook to make use of their 100Dollars ... probably a way of enticing people to use the 100$ for one and to stay using their service after.

I used a 3v voucher with not much credit left on it and it worked.

yes you have to give details before they mail you any code, it says it wont charge anything to card but not sure

I didn't have to give any details to get the code emailed to me. Just signed up via my facebook account.
