As I am sure you are aware, CPM rates vary from industry to industry and ad network to ad network.

As a publisher with tribal fusion, some campaigns get up to $14 CPM and can be as low (As I cap it) as $0.60 CPM.

It all totally depends. What are you advertising? If it's hosting, I'm sure you will pay anywhere from $1-$8 CPM

I was thinking more along the lines of rates being charged to you by individual sites as opposed to networks ....

Ahh, i used to dabble in direct CPM advertising, but it just got to messy. I prefer to let the networks take care of that.

I was charging (On some low quality, general traffic) $1 CPM. Again, it totally depends on the sites audience and quality of traffic.
