Anyone have any recommendations on the best banner exchange services
out there
I need to increase trafic (badly) to a site I have

the site is about cats so a niche one would be best

Check out Spottt.com - was set up by Adbrite a few months ago. Only one format at the moment but that'll probably change.

Is banner exchange still alive? I thought it had died off

It's clearly still alive and well

Spottt has a few competitors if I recall... just do a search over on Mashable for Spottt and you'll find some other chaps doing the same thing.

I remember using them years ago, but I haven't even considered them for the last few years

Ive not used Banner Exchange for a while but have recently started using again for a new site. Seems to be getting visits to my site... Probably good for getting rankings. I just would not rely on banner exchange to bring in a whole load of business but can be good for SEO.
