No chance then. I don't think then that Google Adwords could target just N.Ireland as well then?
I'd have to include specific keywords like N.Ireland or Belfast.

For AdWords you can do "Target customers by regions / cities" and then select "Northern Ireland NIR", to just target people in the north.

in analyatics you can check the UK and enter the names of cities you would like to check, i.e. Belfast works for me, but Derry/Londonderry doesn't, not sure if that is because there isn't any data or just that the ISP don't declare it as the location.
