For reciprocal links do it yourself and by hand.Don't use one of those 1000+ search dictionary sites.Keep your links relevant to the site u want 2 link 2.Don't use ur homepage as the page the incoming reciprocal link is coming to.Try mixing your anchor text sio that the same text is not repeated again and again.for direct links outsource it. Don't get greedy either a total of 30 links per month is fine.
This would give u a substantial rankings over the next 3-6 months.If ur worried about using it on a primary site then use a dummy site.
