Default Eircom search results not the same as google?
I've started getting hits via eircoms search page. I assumed that sites like these where the search is 'enhanced by google' - would be the same as google.com. But it seems i'm ranking much better than normal. How does it differ? Just curious.

The results on Eircom are being pulled from the google.com/US results. Rather than the Google.ie/IE results.

Don't think it's the US.com results Dave, my guess is it's the same DB as the "search the web" on Google news and seems pretty "unregionalised".

Nice coverage of your FF extension BTW....

Sorry, I meant google.com/IE (Which is search the web but there is still some regional skew. )

Nope. Actually, my most abismal digg submit of all time. 1 digg. From me. Not to worry. Maybe the next version.

I check both google.com and .ie


Tld is .net
