I was poking around the revamped Google webmaster tools over the weekend and noticed that they'd quietly added a couple of new options.
The one that's most interesting from an SEO perspective is that you can now choose which version of your domain you want Google to spider ie.
yourdomain.tld VS www.yourdomain.tld

I wonder will this be retroactively applied to the current index..

Is it that you can choose which version of your domain Google spiders or which version gets displayed in the SERPs? I thought it was the latter?
