Has anyone used these services ? How much would I need to spend ? Like if I got 100 diggs, in a short space of time I would be on the front page. Not bad for a $200 investment.

Yea, but you'd be dugg down if your content was muck.

I signed up today as a "social user" to see what the system is like. Judging by their blog, they have a lot of eastern European and Indian users.
