Yes but only from directories. Not run of the mill sites. Directories like Yahoo and MSN business directory amonst others would be candidates for my hard earned cash.

When i buy links i search for relevancy and a good PR.I even managed to get some cheap links from DMOZ listed sites.

Yes, I will pay, if the website have a high PR and suit for me.
The high PR backlinks will make a good effect on your PR.
But it's diffcult to find such links.

I had bought some paid links before and I wouldn't buy anymore.
Because Google will punishment paid links seller if someone reported for google.

Yes it was. Some of them lost PR due to paid-links, but I don't think the new Google approach was 100% accurate.

Paid links are not even remotely close to what they were a couple of years ago when a lot of big Seo marketers where buying them in bulk and at high prices

I had a pr 7 website and a pr6 website and was getting large chunks of income via 10 seo links in the footer of my index page they were buying them in 3 month blocks

But that died down early last year as the search engines did theyre merry little dances again and the rules changed

I believe that if your website delivers quality and quantity of what people want you will get your back links either way as my site did in the height of theyre time online

I've sold a few links when directly approached - I don't see how any SE can deal with that.
