I'd make the domain name the title and edit their description while keeping their KWs, that's assuming you care what G thinks of it....

As well as categories and sub cats, each link will have a details page.
In view of recent directory history I'd avoid anything that might be seen as "SEO friendly" or at least make it VERY subtle.....
thanks Glengara, that's pretty much in line with my thoughts.
I'm running a test directory and people start to take the p*** with 6 keyword filled company titles and page file names.
IMO crafting an individual description shows a directory is doing its job and may be worth considering, too many instances of the same description used on multiple directories...
