Nope, I had some silly meta tags applied

So how does it look right now? Should I be excited?

how big is your site in question, 30 pages a day isn't much if you have a few 1000 pages in the index.

Its only about 30 or so pages

erm ... are these pages changing constantly ?

Have you strangeness in your XML sitemap ?

Its possible google just doesn't want to index them that regularly as they are static content and it doesn't see the point ?

My question is... Does it look like Google is about to update?

I understand the reasons why it wouldnt but there is a news system on there now which is updated daily

I have posted an article on Digg also to try to encourage Google to come back

I have added several PR4 links from homepages on other sites I have done.. Ahh the liberties

Basically I want Google to "update" its last crawl date from 1sept to anything in the past week would be awesome

So based on the graphs and the fact that there was such a dormant time on them, now there is some activity, could you guess if Google is doing something?

Does your webmaster tools show any errors when it was indexing your site the last while ?

Well I could guess ...

I'd guess that googlebot went on holidays for a few weeks ... probably a cheap end of the summer getaway type thing .. probably not flying with ryanair though as I'm not sure where he's keeping himself these days.

But thats only a guess so might not be right
