    Default Correct method & app?

Hi I am about do do something but wanted to check its the correct idea / method...

I am working on a site that has several other insurance brokers linking into it with their own ID number and that number assigning the quote engine to that broker.

The page that sets the sessions etc is referrals.aspx?ID=?? this is the link on the brokers sites. This referrals.aspx page auto directs the user the quote engine instantly so they dont get to see it.

Now I am going to change the URLS on the brokers sites from

www.mysite.com/referrals.aspx?ID=?? to www.mysite.com/carinsurancequotes/brokername and have IIS re-direct them to the www.mysite.com/referrals.aspx?ID=??

This will give me much better link juice, correct?

EDIT - Hmm... but they will all be different pages?.. Any ideas?

    Thanks!

Would it be better do this:

Make the external link www.mysite.com/car-insurance.aspx?ID=?? and then 301 redirect it to www.mysite.com/referral.aspx?id=??

www.mysite.com/car-insurance.aspx is the page id like to rank...

EDIT - In essence I want to rank for 1 page which is mysite.com/car-insurance.aspx but Google seems to rank referral.aspx multiple times such as referral.aspx?id=1 referral.aspx?id=2 referral.aspx?id=3etc... Google sees these as different pages (in googe webmaster tools [highest ranked pages])... is my only option to use isapi rewrite or is there an more logical (and perhaps easier) method?

Or does Google split the rank because of the final string or is it ignored?

So maybe I should leave it like www.mysite.com/carinsurancequotes/?ID=1 and so on... ?
