Default What books would you recommend for server administration?

Hello

I rely on Cpanel quite a bit for server administration. I'd like to slowly wean myself off this and start doing proper administration of my servers.

Do you have any books or tutorials you can recommend for this?

Most of the Linux administration books I've bought are too basic - things like looking at processes etc. I'm more interested in setting up accounts, configuring e-mail, configuring DNS, etc.

Thanks

To be honest I don't use any of the books.

I would recommend you try basic things and work up from there

I run Linux on my desktop and one of my laptops (OS X on the other one)
The only reason I still use Windows at all is that I haven't had the energy to migrate my mail

If you really want to get books then I'd start with something like this one:
Linux Email for the part-time sysadmin

I've found a combination of man pages, google, trial and error to be the best way of learning.

Man pages are horrendous until you get the hang of them
