Why don't you have the email contact details on the contact page?

The mouseover effect is cute, but the list of offices isn't that long, so maybe including all the contact details directly on the page might make it easier for people.

I'd recommend that you use one of the standard RSS buttons for the blog and tweak the permalinks a bit - it would help with SEO

From an SEO perspective you could do well to tweak the page titles - at the moment most of them are identical or very similar

Thanks for the feedback, everything you have mentioned is on our to-do list, but I have been looking at it so long now I'm afraid I'm missing something obvious.

The top level pages are all pretty similar, but as you drill down they get more specific to the content. Actually I just found a couple of pages we missed!

Is their a best practise with title pages?

I think the page titles and urls are fine.
The only thing I would recommend is a change in the css styling on the nav links so that all the links use the same colour style.

I would link the words "Data Clean" to your homepage everywhere you mention the company too. Since the domain name contains keywords for it will slightly improve your seo to link to yourself

Yep that's true there are a number of Data base Cleaning / Mailing list cleaning companies out there. Hey maybe its a service we will offer down the road

As we are part of Data Clean Corporation we decided it was best to stick with the name as they have an excellent reputation in the US
