Why are you using Javascript to link to the newsletter archives? Wouldn't a direct link be better for SEO?

It's not the prettiest website on the internet now is it! Did you get a designer or a coder to do it?

In terms of usability; did you test on Firefox? The menus on the side navigation are impossible to access. I can't imagine they're much fun to try use on a touchpad on a laptop either.
