Nice site. Nice Idea.

1 : don't use images when you can use text & CSS to get the same effect i.e. =
2 : why don't you have any content on the index.php page, rather it redirects to main.php ???
3 : don't have the back click detector thing (I think you have on your page)
4 : invest some time in META description tags.
5 : avoid frames i.e. you news section
6 : incorporate a search function on your site so people can find jobs by keyword

Your page titles should describe what each page is.

At the moment your website isn't at all optimised for SEO which is a shame because it's a good site idea.

Search would be nice ...
Do you want a model with red hair ... 6 feet tall ... and so on ... you need to get a LOT more specific ...

for example if it ends up with 20000 people in the database ... 9000 models ... 7400 women ... 3000 of them in the age group 18-25 .... how on earth do I sort through them ?

I'd drop the iframes ...
I'd drop the use of tables in the site

Drop the iframes - they're not needed

The site is very slow to load initially as you're using so many images on the main page
