nice stuff michael, I would probably have the menu as text rather than images, for SEO/accessibility purposes. Also the link "Profile" confuses me a little, is this a company Profile ?

Hi Paul,

Yeap it's Company Profile, just a phrase I used instead of 'About'.
I might use text as you suggested as I've just gone off the font in the navigation since I made this post.

I'm kinda struggling with this design.
