Do you think Google is going to take the bait? You'll be better off getting a sitemap in xml format and submit it to Google (Webmaster Tools)

It wasn't suggestions it was just saying the site was crap when putting a site up for review people like to hear what should or what would look better rather than having to read text like
... what do you expect people to say? You ask for a review when you are not sure you are doing the right things, so you are looking for advice which has been given to you, whether is good or bad.

In this case and similar cases, the answers are going to be different, and if you can not take the "bad and the ugly", than don't ask for it.

Myself I take bad reviews as a good think as it helps me to create a better (in this case) website.

No not all but I was looking for constructive criticism I would like an opinion on what would make it look better.

In fairness, I think my criticism was more than constructive. I did actually point out some of the flaws in your site, did I not? Yes, I was a little harsh but you're (seemingly) selling Web design services and you don't seem to know even the basic tenets of best practice Web design! This, in my opinion, is a cardinal sin.

I'm not trying to discourage you in any way. Quite the opposite. Continue to learn and practice. But don't sell yourself as a Web agency... yet.

Just as a side note, he does not need to register to use TM, if you have a registered trademark it is the R in the circle sign.

I'm pretty sure you can make up your own trademark and just put TM next to it to let people know that you're claiming it as your (for lack of a better word) commonlaw trademark.

Typically you don't see TM used much these days for one reason or another.. I blame globalisation

I think blacknight is kinda spot on - I think my design skills are fairly bad - but today you gave me a laugh. Sorry if it sounds cruel, but man you have to do something quick to fill those pages and sort things out.

Best of luck - we can all learn, I think.

Being honest you will need to redesign that site, if that is the best you can do for yourself I can only think what clients sites will look like.
