Yeah. Scrollers are annoying at the best of times, but when they're that fast they don't serve any purpose at all. I can read fast, but not that fast!

I don't know if anyone has brought this site up before or not, but personally I think its dated, as are the designs the have done for others.

It does look very templated, it gives me an oscommerce kind of feel but you can't knock their SEO (No. 10 for "web design" Google.ie).
