Just finished my first (proper?) site I would welcome any comments positive and negitive. Please explain as I am not that technical!

Hmm... ok my comments and they are all negative I'm afraid to say...

some could be taken as person opinion though


Visually .. the bulge is a bit weird to me ... makes me feel kinda nauscious

The menu on hover being the same colour as the background is wrong as well ...

Your bullets seem off on your contact page ...


I'm not loving the > > before each menu ..


You have name and id mismatches within your links ...

not really gone on your icons




apart from that ... your code validates for the most part ... a few warnings in there though that could be easily fixed up

Thanks, for the comments, I have fixed the menu colour. Will have a look at the bulge and bullets on comment page tomorrow. Regarding the name and id mismatches within my links, I'm not sure I understand can you show me where this occurs so I can fix it.

in your code you've got

really the name and the id should be the same I've not looked at your JS code so I don't know how its being used in there

Some of the images look a bit rough around the ages with their white background.

I'm the same as Forbairt not liking the >> on the links.

The site itself is easy to navigate and direct with the content, I like that.
