Initial impression - can't read the menu items.

Also, for a page with no content, it is throwing up a heck of a lot of validation issues [especially for a web designer!]

404 here as well.
the link are not visible enough. the colors are brutal.
too strong for the eye.

try a softer patern

Probably be best to ask for a review when its fully finished. Also, I thought the fad of changing mouse cursors had passed. Nice colour scheme though, shows promise

Lol I dont have a critical eye, If I designed it, I'd be well proud. I have absolutely no creative bone in my body! its all black and white for me.

I'm gonna weigh in behind louie - colors are very difficult on the eye.

I would consider myself a very poor designer but I think you should consider using some imagery (even if only gradient backgrounds) and look at adding some contrast to direct visitor's eyes on the page.

I'm sorry for this next comment - I hope you did NOT code that page by hand? Please tell me you used some program? If you are hand-coding I strongly advise you to familiarise yourself with the html specs over at w3.org.

Jesus I haven't look at the source code but is terrible man.
You are missing the closing </body> tag, you don't have the<head></head> tags and of course the rest.

Where did you get that code?
