Whenever you create a page you should split the keywords up in the file name.

For example: Hilo_Renting.html maybe better as hilo-renting.html

I'll add my bit and say ... get yourself a nice logo .. .. the green / blue colours are a bit harsh
You're using a table design for something quite simple

Change the adsense background color so it doesn't stand out as much


Seems to have a lot of useful info though some pages can seem a bit long .. maybe split them up even further .. More pages / different pages titles shouldn't hurt with SEO either
