 BBC launch new site BBC - Homepage I didn't expect their new design to own the homepage. I was expecting a my.bbc portal myself. I can see many unhappy Beeb users kicking up a fuss about the new design.         |

| damn ... I really don't like it ... It seems like they are trying way too much web 2.0 look. I quite liked the old one. Fair enough its customizable ... but I'm not impressed. Is that a flash clock on the top right ?? EEK

| ok ... one thing just changed the whole site for me ... I clicked customise and chose Dark red as my color  PHEW ... it looks nicer already ... still not too keen on the size of various bits of it ... the headers are way too big ... and too web 2.0 (when does 3.0 arrive)  The clock I don't mind its just the fact that its flash ... | I do like the customise option although my new BBC page looks very empty. Whats the attitude with flash anyway? |

| Wasnt sure of the colour scheme so the customisation is a nice feature. I like the layout, you can really see the different areas available to you. Its a damn sight better than: Sky News - First for breaking news - Latest news and video from the UK and around the world.
