| Sorry to sound harsh but I think the site isn't that great at all, although having said that it's a valiant first effort. Here is whay I think you need to do. -- The logo looks incredibly dated and naff. Get a designer to come up with something more suitable for you. I'm sure there are plenty to be found on this forum. If I was looking for this kind of service and I was a fussy punter I'd be gone before I came in the door. -- The purple text on the background doesn't stand out very well and is too small and difficult to read. -- The handwritten styled font as the headings for most pages is awful looking. Change it for a standard font and use text to convey headings and not images, as this can affect SEO and accessability. -- Change the comapny name at the bottom from Heavenly Dove's Inc to Ltd. As far as I know 'Inc' is what they use to denote a type of business in America, much like 'Ltd' is used here and in the UK. If this is wrong I stand corrected. -- Your code is extremely out of date and will make good SEO nearly impossible. If you are using some sort of WYSIWYG editor then ditch it and get the latest version of dreamweaver or better yet, learn HTML. -- You are using CSS so why are there font tags in your code ? These don't need to be used at all. You are also using inline CSS in your HTML tags. This shouldn't be done unless absolutely necessary. Use seperate files for your stylesheets. -- Your HTML is not semantic which basically means you are not using the right tags to display your content. I see <div> tags with <font> tags that contain paragraphs of text. Why don't you put this text into <p> tags instead? -- Users need to know where they are going and where they have been. Your menu looks ok but maybe style it using CSS so that when I am on a particular section the name of that section in the menu highlights itself and stands out. -- Make sure your HTML is valid. Like I said, not a bad effort for your first site (alot better than my first efforts) but you do have alot to learn. Refer to these URLs below for plenty of info:
