I'm 17, secondary school student and this is my first web-design project for myself, as my own service.

I've just beta-launched my new site FeedbackFreedom.com which is a hosted feedback service for podcast/internet broadcasters etc.

If I was to find a fault with it I would say that the copy on the homepage is weak and doesn't properly get across the message of what your product offers.

If you want someone to tinker around the inside and kick the tyres so to speak, I would love to look at your site.

code-wise, it's nice to see well-formatted XHTML!

I would agree with Michele - you need to work on the actual wording. For example, most people that have a podcast or videocast also have a blog, so will already have a feedback mechanism. You need to give a reason why they should use yours instead of their own.

Also, you have a link on the front page "Pro Features", which clicks through to a page of features. However, what are the features of the free account?

On the use of the "beta" word... it's overhyped. all web 2.0 buzzwords should be avoided. They may be funny to an in-crowd, but a non-technical viewer will see it and think "beta == not finished".

You don't have a list of podcasts on your site. You're trying to sell a feedback system, but don't give examples?

I can't comment on the design, as I am not a designer.
