Default please review my site Snooggie

hi,

I have creates Snooggie a free instant messaging site for communities. Unlike instant messaging software focusing on a personal contact list Snooggie focuses on a community. You register get a URL, who ever enters the url of your community appears on the currently online list, this makes it great to post on sites which can have this url as a link and people surfing the site may dispatch instant messages between them.

please tell me what you think of the idea the graphics and if the service is understood from the home page

I get some rendering issues on FF2.0 (image attached). [sorry board software turned it into a thumb]

I would think that the logo would look better if it was anti-aliased. The search input could be bigger so you can see what you've entered.

I dont really get what this does? Is this aimed at site owners or site users? Does the site owner have to sign up? Or each user individually?

I'm a bit dense so I would sort of like a tour or guide in a maximum of 3-4 steps of how this works and how to use it.

You might want to Web2.0-ify this to get the best response (and add a random letter of the greek alphabet).

I'm getting rendering issues too [Firefox 2].

You need to explain more about what it's about. Maybe a few screenshots. There is a 'Try it' link which implies that you can log in as a guest or something, but it just asks for a username. So It's not a trial, it's a login.

And I find the cursor irritating on the links. It's very inconsistent. A link should have a pointer, not an I-bar or an arrow.
