Default Web based client and lead tracking?
Anyone know of any basic apps for managing clients and sales leads?

Not looking for anything like fully fledged CRM. But something nice and easy to record all interactions with a smallish client base would be nice. I'm thinking rememberthemilk.com but for client/leads.

Any ideas?

The only one popping to mind is CRM Software Leader | Customer Relationship Management (CRM) but it has everything in it (more than you'll ever need or want). I'm sure there are more cut down versions or alternatives out there.

Salesforce is good but may be beyond your needs right now.

SugarCRM is usually bundled with your hosting plan. I know it is with Blacknight. Now sure about Hosting365.

Zoho is free for up to 4 users.
