why not try to sell it to some of the guys listed on here in order to recoup losses ?

I love the "design by" signature in the footer. Staged payments and contracts - only way to go. Glad to see they had the balls to do this. I only took down 1 site in my time due to non payment and it was paid within a few days.

Very Nicley done! Maybe we should start a gallery of websites like stubbs gazettes to highlight clients who default on payments. Also look into late payments law from Ireland. I think you can charge the ecb rate plus 7% a year, if this cowboy ever comes back to town!

Contracts and a deposit/staged payments are the only way to go.
