Advice on "terms and conditions"

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get advice on "terms and conditions" for my site on Dublinbynumbers.com? I figured that I should have some terms and conditions for advertisers and people who want to be listed on the site, but don't have a clue about that end of things.
