| What do you all do about this kind of thing? We used to pay a cash bonus at Christmas, but the fiscal implications of doing so are a bit mad. We could give up to €250 in tokens or vouchers.... And there's also the small matter of the Christmas party ....

| Dont most companies just have a free Christmas party? One company I worked for would put on a fancey dinner and a free bar but having a free bar could be very costly. They would also have competitions with prizes such as Playstations, TV's etc...actually that was a sales company so they could afford to do all that. |
