have you set the following correctly in you httpd file

ServerRoot "C: (path to your apache installation e.g. program file/apache group/apache2"

ServerName localhost:80

you don't have any other processes trying to run on post 80 ?

Did you get it sorted?

Just on the initial post - you mention apache is working fine but you mention you get the download window when accessing Irish Webmaster Forum Adserver. Is there a specific php file you're accessing or just general localhost?

I didnt see any reference to you accessing a php file in the posts.
