Hi i have built a website using drupal 7 on an apache server. i have my own files and sql db file. The hosting provider i am using is Register365 (namesco)
their server is zeus. I want to upload my website but their support is simply useless!! Each time i try to upload the db i get an internal service error, i was told bt the register team to switch from the linux hosting to windows, i did this and then i cannot upload the sql file only a .bac, then they told e that i needed linux hosting for drupal. i a now trying to use softaclous which i was told to use by them . its a 1 click install app to install drupal fresh. my plan was to do this and add my files and change the 120 odd tables in the db to match mine, but when i install it i get page nof found. Register365 do not offer support for their associated automated 1 click install. can anybody tell me if they have done this and if so how should i go about it?
