Wondering... How do you change the avatar to a custom one. There is nothing there to allow you. Is there a certain amount of posts before you can have a custom one

Towards the bottom of the page is "custom avatar"

Enter in the image / url you want to use there 80pixels x 80pixels max size and 20kb

There's something wrong with the usergroup promotions. Could you please check if you have the option to join any groups from within your control panel?

You shouldn't have to choose, but it looks like vbulletin is acting the maggot, but I don't know what you're seeing

I still haven't had a chance to get this fixed.

If there's an experienced vbulletin admin in the house who has 5 minutes to spare pop me an email with your username and maybe you might be able to get it working, cos I'm stumped!
