captcha for vbulletin cracked ?

On some of my forums they have suddenly started to get 30+ spammer registrations per day. I'm wondering if the CAPTCHA that vbulletin has been cracked. At the moment I've changed the registration checking it to a user challenge response.

Are you blocking registrations using spamhaus or others? It works very well on most of the forums I manage

I've don't use SPAMHAUS, but I will look into it. At the moment, the "what is the capital city of Ireland" question has them stumped ...

My spammers seem to have figured out the capital of Ireland! Must be human spammers
