I noticed that one of my client based in Marrakech, Morocco gets a country next to the green URL in the natural ranking on Google SERPs.
It seems to me (and i stand to be corrected) that it only applies on country specific Google extensions, such as Google.fr, Google.co.uk, etc
So i have been looking into it and i read this comes from my Google Webmaster verification tool Geo settings - Official Google Webmaster Central Blog: Region Tags in Google Search Results
So i checked it and GWT country setting is actually France. The server is actually based in France so fair enough about that.
But the country displayed next to my client's URL in Google SERP is USA...
That gets me real confused.
Does anyone know how to play modify this please?
