I've been tasked with finding a custom search plugin or script that will allow users to search content on an classic asp based website. Google Custom Search would be one candidate, but I am a little reluctant to use that as it appears that you can't remove the Google logo. I only know that absolute basics of HTML, so I'm looking for something fairly straight forward to integrate into a website. Also, is there a way to tie these things into an SQL server database so they can search dynamic content as well?

I'm familiar with Perl scripts that do what you want, but I have no idea about ASP - sorry!

With ASP you will be able to search a database, in other words, if your content is in a database then you can search it this way but will need a developer to do that for you. If you are searching the entire .asp page but the content is not in a DB then Google search or similar is what you need.
