Hi Everyone,
My girlfriend is having issues getting paid by a dead beat recruiter / umbrella company. She is owed money from work in June and the company is claiming they can't pay her until the client that the company placed her at pays them.
This seems ridiculous how can someone go without pay for over a month and a half? If I didn't pay the rent my, I'd be on the street.
Is there anything we can do to make them pay up?
Any help advice / links / phone numbers appreciated.
