A client had a domain name registered for him by a 3rd party
who used a UK domain registrar.
They have since fallen out and the 3rd party
refuses to facilitate a domain transfer to my client.
My client is the listed admin contact, registrant contact
and his email address is listed as the contact details.
The domain is actually his full name .com
The original domain company won't help my client
get the EPP code and say we have to contact the
'central domain registrar'. This turns out to be eNom.
When we contacted eNom, they told us that ...
You will need to contact the reseller for account
information and domain assistance as you do not have a direct account with us.
Can anyone clarify exactly who we should be speaking to
and how we can get the client his domain back?
Thanks
