google is your friend

Your outgoing IP needs to resolve with a reverse lookup. So you'll need a PTR record and an A record for your outgoing connection.

Hello,

These kind of issues are normally caused by a mismatch between your SMTP service name and the name returned when a DNS lookup is performed on the IP address.

Chances are the DNS Record, in this case a PTR Record for Reverse Lookup, is maintained by your service provider as they are responsible for the internet connection used by the mail server.
