FTP Client Recommendations

Hi there,
I have a query on FTP clients. Essentially, we'd like to upload images in the side bar of Home | Irish Developer Network ICT Portal - you can see the ones on the right. Those ads are sat in a folder which I can see, however I'm at a loss about which FTP client I can use to upload new ones. Someone mentioned Komodo, but after downloading it, it doesn't seem to have the functionality to upload image files.
Can any one suggest an alternative, or if you know a way that Komodo can do it, please let me know.

Second that, a quick Google will give you loads of options, my client of preference would be Filezilla.
