How do you manage your mailing?

Managing large mailing lists can be hardwork. What software or services do you use?
Do you keep it all inhouse or do you use a 3rd party service?

I've been using a mixture over the last couple of years via Infacta's suite of products

The only downside is that their software is only available on windows.

We're about to start a newsletter actually, and I've been leaning towards Campaign Monitor. I've used their service before, and the guys that run it seem very helpful etc.

It seems to be a very popular service. I know of a number of companies using it.
