Like Button Question

Can anyone tell me how to install a Like button on my website without the other info that FB displays like box or count. I also don't want to use their script because it is buggy. I just want a plain like button that will allow a user to like me FB page. Thanks

Not well. Apparently there is no way to just install a plain like button - no extra box or faces or count. I just want that simple like graphic icon.

Why don't you just copy the button and code from another site and insert your url/ID number?

Because most of the buttons you see are plugins for blogs and I want to put them on the pages of my website.

I am not worried about the icon. I know how to capture that. It is the code that I am not sure of. How do I get the code? Thanks.

Can you take it from the blog buttons and insert your own ID?

Because they are plugins, I can't seem to get at the underlying code.

The first link is somewhat useful but I am trying to avoid using iframes. The second is about styling and which I am not concerned with. Thank you so much for being persistent at helping me find a solution
